DIY 35mm LENS ADAPTER SEPTEMBER 2009

For my bachelor thesis about film-look and low-budget videos, I built a depth of field adapter for a Sony FX1. Since HDSLRs showed their capabilities and I could borrow one for my final video, I tried to get away as cheap as I could, wich also resulted in pretty bad video quality. It looks interesting though, sort of like a cheap toy camera. Since I don't own a camcorder I could use the adapter on, and I'll probably get a video capable DSLR anyway, the adapter had a pretty short lifespan, but I learned a lot building it.
